Blue Horizons Aerospace (BHA) is a privately held limited liability company engaged in the development, manufacturing, and operations of amateur rocket technologies. Equity ownership interests of BHA are represented as LLC units, effectively shares; similar to shares of a corporation, they can be freely transferred (with certain restrictions) and entitle the holder to economic rights and voting power. BHA offers the opportunity to invest and purchase units to individuals with affiliations to BHA, existing unitholders, and the Board of Directors and to accredited investors who have a pre-existing understanding of our business. Existing unitholders are always welcome to purchase additional units during designated offering periods.
BHA affiliates and investors may only purchase BHA units during an offering period designed by the Board of Directors. Eligible investors may inquire about purchasing BHA Class B Units (with full rights of allocations, distributions, and voting) by contacting
investors@bhalaunch.com or the Board of Directors. Please see "Offering Information and Filings" to determine if an offering period is active and to access additional information on BHA's private placements, including offering details and filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The opportunity to own BHA units is a unique opportunity and benefit for our affiliates and accredited investors.
The Board of Directors designates specific offering periods during which eligible investors may purchase Class B Units through authorized private placements. The Board determines the effective date and duration of the private offering, pricing of each unit, eligibility criteria for investors, and the aggregate number of units authorized to be sold in such offering. When an offering period is active, prospective investors may contact BHA to purchase Class B Units at the current price per unit.
